MBBS Education

Admission Related Information

Tbilisi State Medical University offers one primary admission intake per year in September (Fall semester). A limited number of seats may be available for Spring intake (February/March) in special cases, but this is rare for international MBBS students. Applications typically open in January and close by August, with early submission strongly advised due to high competition.

TSMU follows a transparent, merit-based admission policy with no capitation fee (donation) and no entrance examination for international MBBS applicants.
